In a high-velocity, short-tenure engagement, structured the entire 2024 product roadmap, established Agile delivery workflows, and enabled the platform to enter live client demos and government tender pipelines — critical milestones for market validation.

Built a brand-new technology products function within SMRT's commercial arm — from zero. Led a portfolio of 12 distinct technology products across retail and advertising channels at SMRT train stations: from AR/VR interactive displays and robotic convenience stores, to acoustic lift monitoring systems and energy-harvesting tiles. Partnered with government agencies, universities, and global rail operators to co-create innovations that generated new revenue and eliminated development costs.
